Energetic and sunny, she is constantly striving to improve her company every day.

Dona's kitchen offers traditional Tuscan dishes with attention to the products used: from the vegetables grown in the garden to the meat from local producers.

Pasta is handmade with eggs from local farms: tagliatelle, cannelloni, tortelloni, maltagliati, lasagna and then gnocchi, pici, and more.
Salt-free Tuscan bread is kneaded daily with various saffron, onion, and walnut flavorings.
