My cuisine offers the dishes of our culinary tradition with a particular focus on the products we select to use….vegetables grown in our garden, meat from the barnyard animals bred on our farm.
Pasta is made by hand with the fresh eggs of the hens on the farm… tagliatelle, cannelloni, tortelloni, maltagliati, lasagne ... then there are gnocchi, pici ...
We make salt-free Tuscan bread every day seasoned with saffron or onions or walnuts or ….
